A 30-year-old man died following the two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer and a forklift, the York County Coroner's Office explained in a release.
The unidentified man was found unresponsive at C-P Flexible Packaging located at 15 Grumbacher Road at 11:10 a.m. on Nov. 30, according to dispatch. "It is unknown exactly when the incident occurred," coroner Pam Gay said. The details about how the crash happened are also not completely clear.
He was taken to WellSpan York Hospital where he died, according to the coroner.
Deputy Coroner Riley Demeritt and Chief Deputy Coroner Tania Zech went to the hospital to investigate and certify his death. He was officially pronounced deceased at 12:40 p.m.
His cause and manner of death are pending the results of an autopsy which has been scheduled at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown for 8 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, the coroner's office detailed.

A spokesperson from OSHA has responded to our inquiry with the following statement:
"I can confirm that OSHA is investigating this incident. The agency has a total of six months to conduct its investigation and release its findings. No other information is available at this time."
A representative from C-P Flexible Packaging emailed us a brief statement:
"No comment at this time."
